She went to College at Nairobi Institute of Business Studies where she undertook a course in Health Sciences (Pharmacy). Tina has six years Experience is the Mining Industry and three years prior in pharmaceutical and automotive Industries.

Six years professional Experience in Gold Exploration in Tanzania. Extensive Background in Mineral Exploration both locally and internationally. Affluent interaction with the host community and foreign investors with an exemplarily record of Good relations with the Local community in North Mara and Geita Mining Districts Tanzania.

Complete Mining and Energy Legislations, Tax Administration and Investment Incentives for Foreign companies in these sectors.

Tina also an Expert in Project Financing. Regulations for Securities offerings in Private Placement to Fund Mining/ Energy Resources. Well versed with the Procedure s of Undertaking the Technical reports NI; 43 -101 and JORC in Listing Private corporations and in Foreign Jurisdiction, M& A transactions and Joint Ventures. Associates she has worked with in Project Financing are Canadian Firms Heenan Blaike and Gowlings Laufler Henderson LLP.

Prior to Joining the Mining Industry in 2009. Tina Worked with some of the Biggest Automotive Companies in Kenya. That includes Porsche, Subaru Kenya and FAW Commercial Trucks. Part of the Team that Launched the Re- entry of Mahindra brand to the Kenyan Market. She is accredited for her role in developing a Broad prospect Database for Mahindra and Designing the Corporate Material.

During Internship Tina worked as a Medical representative for Bulk Medicals Limited. During which she carried out a Survey to evaluate market viability for a new Ant – Fungal product. She also with Marketing Bulk’s Range of Ant- depressant and Ant- psychotics pharmaceutical drugs

In 2014 Tina founded Eimara Africa Resources. An online Consultant that is focused on Building Capacity for the East Africa Extractive Industry. Inspired by East Africa’s immense wealth in Natural resources, She Envisages how Innovation and Technology can be used to bring Consolidation and Accelerate growth in this Sector.
